EN50155 Certified All-in-One 28.6" Bar-Type Panel PC

The MRD-286 is an EN50155 certified all-in-one 28.6" bar-type panel PC. It integrates an Intel® Pentium® Processor N4200 or an Intel® Atomä x7-E3950 Processor, powered by a 24VDC or 110VDC power input. Built with an ultra-wide TFT active matrix LCD screen, the system can ideally serve as signage display delivering advertising and providing passengers with the current information on arrival and departure times at targeted areas in the vicinity of airports or train stations.

The MRD-286 complies with EN50155 international standards, ready to be deployed in various rolling stock applications where rigorous shock and vibration requirements should be met. Its sunlight readable panel provides enhanced graphical performance (1920 x 540) with a wide viewing angle of 178 degrees, ensuring excellent visibility from any direction. The AMS210 is a high-performance embedded box PC designed for factory automation, machine vision, digital signage and a wide range of industrial IoT applications. It can be outfitted with 9th/8th Gen Intel® Core™ processors, up to 32GB of DDR4 memory and two 2.5" disk drives with RAID 0/1.

The EC-7100 built with the high-performance NVIDIA GTX 1080 graphics card equipped with 2560 CUDA cores, 8GB GDDR5X memory and up to 9 TFLOPS capability. The EC-7100 platform combines the computing power of the NVIDIA's MXM GPU hardware accelerator and the 7th generation Intel® Core™ processor family to leverage streaming data for artificial intelligence-driven applications in the transportation, automation and retail industries.

The unit meets the demand for edge computing solutions with optimal performance and low latency to bring faster data processing and real time analytics for the user. The MAF800 industrial-grade AI computer series is suitable for use in machine vision and factory automation facilities to automate shop floor processes and defect inspection based on deep learning with automated optical inspection (AOI) or vision-guided robotics (VGR).

The MAF800 base model has a compact and fanless design with a high performance 8th Gen. Intel® Core™ i7-8700 processor and extensive connectivity with three GigE LAN ports and six USB 3.0 ports for easy integration in multi-camera machine vision applications including locating and aligning parts for assembly with greater speed and accuracy than manual positioning.

Three other configurations of the modular MAF800 series include MAF800-E, MAF800-2E and MAF800-L2E, which are built with a SUMIT module that comprises four PoE ports and a serial port module. It is the ideal advertising tool for multi-screen TV wall promotion. SI-304 is integrated with IBASE unique iSMART intelligent energy-saving that allow users to operate remotely or through the internet to enable advanced functions such as auto power on/off scheduling, power resume, low temperature guardian and intelligent system recovery. Independent thermal design of the SI-304 prevents dust and contaminants from disrupting the electronics due to rise in system temperature in order to ensure the digital player’s optimum operation, stability and reliability. SI-304 has a unique black and white color scheme, a rectangular frame with a round edges and corners, and with an overall smart and elegant appearance of a screwless design. The MB995 is an ATX motherboard based on the latest 8th Generation Intel® Core™ processor family. With optimized processor and graphics performance, the board supports the C246 (MB995VF-C246) and the Q370 (MB995VF) chipsets.

The motherboard boasts of improved I/O capability and various expansion slots. IP68 Waterproof Digital Signage Player for Outdoor Applications

The SW-101-N is a waterproof digital signage player designed for both indoor and harsh outdoor environments. This rugged fanless signage player is integrated with a 1.91GHz Intel® Atom™ Processor E3845 Quad-Core Processor and Intel® HD graphics (Gen 7-LP) 4EU.

The SW-101-N is built to withstand dust, water and extreme temperatures in mind, ensuring the system’s stable operation and reliability in harsh industrial environments. The MPT-3000RP is an EN50155-TX certified and IP67-rated embedded system offering water and shock resistance for outdoor applications and was developed to meet Intelligent Internet of Vehicle requirements.
It employs interchangeable modular power supplies supporting a variety of inputs and is certified to meet various regulatory requirements.
The power modules have self-diagnostics function that reports to the system to actively or passively carry out corresponding protection measures and significantly enhances safety and efficiency, which is a major goal in the railway industry.
To enhance users' efficiency in operations of the system, the unit is built with a GPS module and high computing performance to provide the most accurate position coordinates and data about the surroundings while the vehicle is moving.

The DRD-037PC is an ultra-wide 21:6 dual-screen computer designed for smart transportation market applications.
It features IP65 dust and water protection for the entire unit and a single motherboard to drive screen display on two sides.
With the transportation environment in mind, this product was made to comply with EN50155 rolling stock equipment and EN45545-2 fire protection standards for railway applications.
This dual-screen smart-transportation computer offers a wide viewing angle, high brightness and high resolution display, and is equipped with rugged industry standard M12 connector suitable for rolling stock application.
Featuring Gigabit Ethernet ports for fast connectivity, the DRD-037PC can be installed in train compartments, on the railway platform, or on the roof of the train and function as a passenger information system to provide up-to-date information as well as entertainment content for rail passengers.

Fanless Motion Control System for Smart Machine Automation

The MAI602-M4D80 is a motion control system that can be used in various factory production applications such as automated optical inspection, semiconductor wafer handling, packaging and material handling systems.

It is powered by 7th/6th Gen Intel® Core™ i7/i5/i3 desktop processors and has a 4-axis motion control PCIe card that meets the performance and positioning accuracy requirements of high-performance servo/step motors. For use in visual inspection applications, the motion control card has a camera integrated with a position comparison trigger. The system comes with a built-in 80-ch isolated digital I/O card to control and monitor the switches of surrounding digital signals and control the alarm signals. Another model, "MAI602-B", has two slots (PCIe x8 & PCIe x4 slot) to accommodate different control cards. In addition, the Mini PCI-E on board supports IBASE's Field Bus MotionNET modules for extra I/O and motion control functionalities.

The rugged MAI602-M4D80 is a fanless, compact system designed to operate at an ambient temperature of up to 50 degrees Celsius in a non-airflow environment and has protection against accidental reverse polarity, over voltage or under voltage. The compact system is designed with fast heat dissipation and easy installation, with enclosure vents that allow airflow to the internal components as well a heatpipe mechanism for fast cooling, effectively lowering system temperature. To provide ease in user installation of the hardware, the I/O interface of the system and cable routing have been all positioned on the same side.

The system measures 275mm by 140mm by 117mm and can be installed with the provided wall mount bracket or an optional DIN-rail bracket. Flexible rear I/O interface include DVI and DisplayPort display connectors, audio line-out, two serial ports, two Gigabit Ethernet ports, 2-pin power-button terminal block, and a 3-pin 24V DC-in terminal block.

The highly-flexible FWA9500 network computing appliance supports Intel® Skylake-SP Xeon® processors for today’s ever-changing network environments. The 2U rackmount system features dual LGA3647 CPU sockets and the Intel C624 chipset that supports up to 512GB RDIMM memory in 16x DDR4-2666 sockets. With two Intel I210-AT Gigabit Ethernet controllers on board and configurable NIC module slots, it can be equipped with 8x IBN (IBASE proprietary network interface) cards to accommodate a maximum of 66 GbE ports.

The FWA9500 network appliance is designed to be an ideal workhorse for enterprise workloads to manage vast quantities of data, enabling robust levels of performance and reliability in enterprise-class network security, firewall, VPN, UTM, WAN and network management applications.

The unit has used the modular approach to design a network appliance with high expandability and scalable functionality. This allows rapid customization and easy configuration by interchanging and combining modules to meet customers’ optimal requirements, reducing the total cost of ownership. Inner storage expansion with two 3.5” or four 2.5” swappable drive bays and an 800W redundant power supply also ensure high availability and serviceability.

The FWA9500 comes with I/O connectivity and expansion slots, such as a PCIe x8 slot, an M.2 (M-key), a Mini PCIe, two USB 2.0 and an RJ45 serial console with LCM display for easy operation. LAN bypass and the IBASE IDN100 IPMI 2.0 module are optional features.

These multi-function Panel PCs are designed for easy construction and integration into existing systems while providing a rich set of I/O interfaces with two Gigabit Ethernet that supports EtherCAT master, six USB 3.0, one RS232/422/485, and one USB 2.0 port at the front bezel. Current models are installed with an Intel® Core™ i7-6822EQ, Intel® Core™ i5-6442EQ or Intel® Core™ i3-6102E processor and 4GB of system memory, expandable to 32GB. The panel computers have IP65 rating on the front side and uses VESA/Panel mounting. Built with a 64GB SSD drive, it supports an operating temperature of up to 50C and power input of 12V/24V DC.
